Me Litvack is a lawyer and partner of the firm Litvack Dessureault. Both a deep thinker and a pragmatic strategist, Stewart is oriented towards finding solutions to complex problems. Over the years, Stewart has acquired an expansive and profound understanding of the civil aspects of Estate and Trust law.

Stewart also represents clients in divorces and other related proceedings, as well as disputes pertaining to the incapacity and protective supervision of seniors.

Stewart has substantial experience pleading before the Superior Court of Quebec and Court of Appeal and has appeared in front of the Supreme Court of Canada.
