2022 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM<\/strong>
\nDEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2022<\/p>\n

The Hellenic Jurists Association of Quebec<\/em> is pleased to announce its 2022 Student Scholarship Program.<\/p>\n

A Scholarship Selection Committee<\/em> will be awarding 2 scholarships of $ 2 500.00 each to applicants who meets the following eligibility requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Be a Canadian citizen;<\/li>\n
  2. Be of Greek origin or ancestry and demonstrate this (birth certificate or equivalent);<\/li>\n
  3. Be enrolled for the Fall 2022 semester in an accredited Quebec civil law program (including the University of Ottawa civil law or national program) on a full-time basis after having successfully completed the first year of the law program<\/li>\n
  4. be enrolled for the Fall 2022 semester\u00a0 at the Ecole de Barreau du Quebec;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    OR\u00a0be enrolled for the Fall 2022 semester, in the master\u2019s program in notarial law (Chambre des notaires).<\/p>\n

    All applicants must complete and file by JUNE 15, 2022, at 5pm <\/strong>an Application Form with a copy of proof of enrollment (and a copy of the transcript of marks for law student applicants) along with their curriculum vitae and an essay (maximum length of 2 pages double spaced) describing your academic achievements, involvement in the Hellenic community, any financial difficulties that directly impacts the completion of your studies and any other special circumstances that may warrant financial support from the HJAQ. You are welcome to include the name(s) and contact information of 1 or 2 reference(s).<\/p>\n
