The seminar will be\u00a01.5 hours and free of charge for our members in good standing and only 60$ for all the other participants.\u00a0\u00a0Please register\u00a0by 12:30 p.m. on June 1st, 2022, so you can receive the link for the virtual platform.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u>Due diligence in occupational health and safety matters<\/u><\/em><em> (the powers of the CNESST\u2019s to issue OHS infractions to employers, the notion of due diligence raised as a defence by employers).<\/em><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me Corinne Lambert is an attorney specializing in the field of Health and Safety Employment law for over 20 years. She acquired experience at the CSST (known today as the CNESST) and is today in private practice where she defends the interests of employers before the Administrative Labour Tribunal as well as before the Court of Qu\u00e9bec (penal and criminal division).\u00a0 Moreover she represents her clients when a work-related injury claim is filed and has acquired an excellent reputation in this domain. She has been invited by the CNESST and other employer organizations to give conferences on the topic of an employer\u2019s obligations in health and safety.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To participating lawyers &#8211; <\/strong>Training the eligibility of which will be\u00a0confirmed by the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec for the purposes of mandatory continuing education, for a period of one and half (1.5) hours.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>We invite you to forward this invitation to members in your networks.
